Initial Assessment and Treatment with Functional Scans (1 Hour)
Your journey begins with a thorough initial assessment, which includes a state-of-the-art functional scan. This advanced technology gives us detailed insights into your body’s alignment and functional capabilities, identifying any postural challenges or areas of concern. During this 1-hour session, our experts will evaluate your physical condition, discuss your health history, and understand your personal goals.

In addition to the assessment, this session can include:

Massage Therapy: To relax your muscles and reduce tension.
Hands-on Therapy: Focused on relieving pain and improving muscle function.
Mobilisation Techniques: To increase joint flexibility and range of motion.
Manipulation: Precise adjustments to improve alignment and function.

Three Physiotherapy Sessions (45 Minutes Each)

Following the assessment, you will have three 30-minute physiotherapy sessions focusing on:

  • Manipulation: To correct alignment and improve joint function.
  • Mobilisation: To enhance flexibility and reduce stiffness.
  • Laser Therapy: To alleviate pain and inflammation.
  • Massage: To reduce muscle tension and improve circulation.

Follow-Up and Functional Scan (1 Hour)
After the initial series of physiotherapy sessions, you will have a final follow-up appointment that includes another functional scan. This 1-hour session is designed to:
