Lilian Abrahams is an Integrative Psychotherapist, Counsellor, and Systemic Family Practitioner. She is registered with BACP and UKCP, and has over 20 years of experience in the mental health field. Her work encompasses individuals, families, couples, and children.

In her practice, Abrahams draws from various therapeutic approaches including psychodynamic, humanistic, existential, systemic, and cognitive behavioural therapy. She provides services in both secondary care within the NHS for long-term psychotherapy and in primary care for short-term counselling.

Abrahams provides a safe, non-judgmental space for her clients to explore their experiences, thoughts, and emotions. She works with a wide range of issues such as anxiety disorder, depression, personality disorder, trauma, relationship problems, loss and bereavement, postnatal depression, and low self-esteem. Jasmine provides bespoke advice to meet the health goals of the client. She is a specialist in nutrition support, Afro-Caribbean cultural diets, and diet related health conditions with a high prevalence in African and Caribbean communities: type 2 diabetes, high cholesterol and high blood pressure and has a special interest in bridging the gap between traditional herbalist and modern day medicine.

She is the Principal Dietitian and Team Lead for a community dietitian team in South London and is the Vice Chair for the British Dietetic Association (BDA) London Branch.

Sophie Mesquita is a Specialist Dietitian (RD) who develops individualised, holistic plans to help individuals reach their health goals. She has been working in the health and nutrition field both privately and in the NHS for more than five years, helping clients in diagnosing and treating nutritional issues. She specialises in weight management and work with a variety of diseases and health conditions such as PCOS, diabetes and inflammatory conditions. She aims to help people to reach their health goals by creating a supportive environment and tailoring their nutrition care plan to meet their therapeutic, cultural, and social needs.

Siata Marfo is a qualified psychotherapist and counsellor specialising in helping clients to improve their quality of life. She has considerable experience of working clients to treat work related stress, anxiety and depression. Siata has a professional diploma in integrative psychotherapeutic counselling and a Master’s degree in the psychology and neuroscience of Mental health.
